What is a Soul Realignment® reading?
A Soul Realignment® reading uses the Akashic Records to understand who you are at soul level, and clear the negative karmic patterns you've been holding.
The Akashic Records are a database of who your soul is and everything that has happened to your soul since your first incarnation. When reading for the future in the Akashic records, you can see what will happen if you continue on your trajectory of current choices and behaviour. Because we have free will, you can change your trajectory at any time by changing the choices you make, and therefore changing your future.

About Lee
Lee is a reiki master (Holy Fire), somatic healing practitioner, trauma-informed coach, and certified Soul Realignment® practitioner. She also has a PhD in neuroscience and a background in sports science.
Lee uses ancient wisdom and modern neuroscience to help you heal your nervous system and release your limiting beliefs, blocks and triggers. She's passionate about helping people overcome trauma-adapted behaviour and feel so much more free, happier and calmer.
She, like many others, has had a lot of childhood trauma to work through. When she found that traditional talk therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy only helped her to a small extent, she started to experiment with other methods including energetics, the nervous system, and working with the mind and the body to overcome limiting beliefs and triggers.
She was diagnosed with autism and adhd later in life, and used the Akashic Records to work out who she was underneath all the masking. She uses the Akashic Records in many different parts of her life.

1. Fill in your information and pay for your reading.
2. You will automatically be redirected to a calendar to book your Soul Realignment® reading session. Choose a date. All dates are at least a week in advance to give me time to do the reading first.
3. When signing up for the Soul Realignment® reading session, you will be asked for some personal information (name, date of birth, place of birth). This is only to ensure I can find you in the Akashic Records.
4. After booking the time and day of your session in the calendar, you will receive a confirmation email with the Zoom link.
5. Our session together will be recorded and sent to you so that you can replay it as many times as you like.
*If I cannot find you in the records, or your soul doesn't want to be read (which is very rare) I will let you know and refund you.
